REQUIRED SKILLS:

SAP
Master Data Management

strong data governance design experience designing processes, standards and organization.  Needs to have understanding of SAP ECC data structure around materials, vendors, and customers.  Needs life sciences experience understanding validated environment for the pharma industry.

Preferred Skills: Global pharma experience

Responsibilities/Critical skills needed:

• Master data governance - experience setting up a master data organization for a sales and manufacturing organization
• Pharma experience - experience with this in Pharma
• SAP knowledge - experience with master data in SAP

Expected Deliverables:

Data governance approach, detailed processes, data standards, data organization design

Additional info from cliient:

Key technical / data governance skills set
•           Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data structure / model (API, Bulk, Primary Packed Product, FDF, Intermediate, Raw Material, Semi-Finished, …)
•           Strong understanding of global vs. local data models and structure (including all relevant material attribute in SAP)
•           Able to develop a numbering concept with retention of legacy ERP systems numbers as well as creation of new one with related number ranges
•           Able to develop a change / creation process for defined material type / SKUs with a uniqueness principles model that goes beyond the harmonization of the specific material numbers
•           Able to develop a material status concept during creation and maintenance of global and local materials
•           Support business in defining Global Data Organization

Project Management / soft skills
•           Multiple experience on setting up Global Data Organization / Data Governance / Harmonization and Migration

within SAP

•           Strong Pharmaceutical experience / validated environment (CSV and GxP knowledge)
•           Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
•           Familiar with international project/business environment.
•           Need to be able to communicate concisely and at different levels (e.g. senior executive, Head QA, SCM managers)
•           Strong team player
