Job Description:

Day to day support activities of a large scale implementation of HP Service environment. Hands on problem resolution and automation of environment.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have these skills.
1. Experience supporting HP Service in a large scale environment
2. Experience working with Service internal components
a. dbdict
b. datadict
c. display screen
d. display options
e. states
f. processes
g. format control
h. link records
i. rad expressions
j. javascript
k. database schema

Passing Knowledge Candidates should preferably have some familiarity with each skill.
1. Apache/Tomcat Web Servers
2. Oracle Databases and SQL Plus
3. SSL Encryption
4. Single Sign-on via Kerberos
5. HP OpenView Suite (OMU, Client, UCMDB, NNM)
6. Performance Tools (Best 1)
Client would prefer a candidate who understands Java programming language.
