Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• 6-7+ years of experience in the package software implementation in Retail Domain.

• Experience in SoftSolution's Retail package implementation (Pricing/Promotion module preferred).

• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Strong expertise in Business process & capabilities"

 

Roles and responsibility    

• Provide Leadership for Fit/Gap assessment for SoftSolutions package.

• Ability to provide consulting on configurations, customization needed.

• Bring in best practices and lessons learnt when dealing with a package software.

• Ability to take initiative, ownership on tasks and drive meetings with clients.

• Good written and oral communication

• Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions."

 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills 

• Implement Package solutions
