Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst
6+ Months Contract
Mountain View, CA

 

Job Description: Atleast 8yrs experience required

• Configure platform to meet requirements including installation and configuration of app exchange applications & bull; Review Requirements, collaborate and develop overall solution, create Specifications, document design, develop code, perform unit test on the force.com platform. ;
• Maintain and document current and to-be process flows;
• Configure, Build working prototypes and performing business process reviews to validate and refine prototypes;
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance and standards;
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans; Provide customizations for Financial force PSA package;
• Provide direct support to salesforce.com users on  .com related production issues;
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks; Proactively identifies reoccurring issues; value-add & rdquo; areas to then propose process or systematic solution;
• Prepare training material and support training related activities to salesforce.com users;
• Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity

Skills              Salesforce.com Functional and Technical Experience
Financial Force PSA Experience is a MUST

• 5+ years of IT experience;
• minimum 2 + years on Salesforce platform configuring and developing on the platform;
• Salesforce.com certified (Dev Series or CONS201) a Must.
• Additional preferred sales cloud / service cloud certification.;
• Implementation experience with FinancialForce PSA package is a must;
• Strong hands on experience using APEX, Visualforce, JavaScript, HMTL, CSS required.
• working knowledge of java, C++, J2ee or .Net a plus;
• Good understanding of cloud computing and exposure to technologies supporting applications, including XML, Web Services, HTML and Java Script
• Knowledge of related applications, cloud computing, web technology etc;
• Knowledge of databases, understanding of complex SQL's (Oracle preferred);
• Knowledge of and experience with enterprise systems, including CRM, SFA and ERP and understanding of enterprise integration; Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.;
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams;
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.

          
Education           Bachelors degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required.
