• Troubleshooting issues
• Good communication skills
• Backup and recovery techniques

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
• UNIX and various Windows systems knowledge                                               

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the requirements.
• Build new Reports.
• Enhancing the existing reports.
• Co-ordinating with offshore team.
• Documentation and transfer of the knowledge to offshore team
• Ready to work in Support and Build project
