Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 2+ Yrs in SAP HANA 1.0 (SAP HANA Certified) – both Implementation & Migration and 10- 12 Yrs of SAP BI/BW experience. • SAP HANA 1.0 implementation and modeling, SAP BI/BW/BWA & BPC Implementation, migration of BW/BWA to Hana • Experience in BW/BWA & BPC version upgrades and support pack upgrades • 2+  years (SAP HANA Certified) with 10-12 yrs of SAP BI/BW/BWA/BPC, Experience in SAP BW/BWA migration to Hana
Roles and responsibility	• Analyze existing SAP systems BW/BWA & BPC • Prepare requirement for SAP HANA installation • Able to handle SAP HANA implementation and Modeling • Ability to fully implement functionality required for the successful implementation of SAP HANA functionality as per standard SAP requirements • Able to update patches to existing system • Coordinate with all stake holders and implement SAP HANA • Knowledge of Project documentation • Ability to work independently and keep management adequately informed. • Performance tuning • Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments, including strong stakeholder interface capability. • Analyze application stability and take action accordingly. • Identify design gaps and propose solutions
