Location: Redmond, WA;

Pay Rate: 40$/h

 

Position Responsibilities:

SQL Server DBA - 2012/2008R2/2008/2005 versions

• Proactive Servers Health Monitoring
• Escalation support - Strong technical knowledge in SQL Server
• Production Support 24x7 – able to work on mission critical servers
• Able to perform Root cause analyses and document the findings
• Defining standards & best practices
• Dealing with customers - good communication skills 
• Up-to date with technology

Ongoing contract work (could be multi-year) production level SQL Server DBA. Bonus points if they also have dev. skills, but bulk of work will be care and feeding of databases, in a support organization.
