Exposure on various tax-terms like- C2C, W2, 1099.
Sourcing profile by means of Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice ,social networking sites etc

Requirements
- Ability to plan, initiate and develop successful Recruiting Techniques in a highly competitive market
• Ability to manage a large workload while maintaining excellent records
• Ability to understand technical skills and network with people in new technologies.
• Source qualified candidates at various levels, consult on career options, screen and perform reference checks.
• Excellent candidate management, negotiation and customer service techniques.
