岗位职责： 1、落实全球财经和市场拓展目标，做为重要品牌的亚洲中心的板块财务负责人，向该品牌系统CEO报告； 2、所管辖范围不小于10个国家全部财务事宜，深度了解地域特殊性，能整合出一套合理可推行的财务运作模式； 3、工作权限包含该并购品牌的研发生产发展、东南亚营销建设、品牌支持、市场发展； 4、工作项目包含：全球财务政策在实施、支持营销、销售数据分析和判断、研发生产的内控、预算管理、市场投入和利润分析、账务准确性和投资、汇率、资金管理、税务等。 任职期望： 1、跨国类公司财务管理10年以上，跨区域产品市场营销模式，经验不小于5个国家的5-7亿美元业务，具备长期海外就职经验，了解日本跨国企业财务模式或亚洲市场情况优先； 2、了解东南亚地域特征，能整合出一套吻合的财务运作模式，丰富的跨国公司财务战略流程管理、营销体系方面管理经验，具备拓展精神； 3、视野开阔，国际市场地位的提升和品牌塑造的意识及行动能力，自主管理，高度的责任心和进取精神，英文流畅。 工作地：日本东京（品牌管理中心和总部），出差东南亚和中国等，整合后的品牌，期望日本跨国企业或亚洲大型跨国企业出身，亚洲华人、在日华人，或跨国公司就职对等财务高管。薪酬可商议 有兴趣的朋友请联系：sam@risfond.com 微信：810633276
