Location is Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ but can work Remotely
Execute assignments related to the enhancement and/or maintenance of the ACIS system in support of the Enteral business unit. In this capacity will perform the following functions:
*Work with users, user groups, managers, teams, to identify and design enhancements and system configurations to improve operations and utilize business applications.
*Interface with users to define and document desired business application requirements and enhancements.
*Review functional specifications with end users for accuracy and thoroughness.
*Work with business users on prioritizing application requirements and enhancements.
*Review documented application requirements with design and development teams to ensure understanding and gain consensus.
*Manage the lifecycle of all application issues and solution documentation.
*Participate in project teams representing application solutions, enablers and integration.
*Work closely with user community to test and receive approval that business requirements have been achieved.
*Provide application support to end user community and work with other support staff to establish proper integration of business applications.
*Manage production support application releases.
*Analyze business issues and recommend creative application solutions.
*Test, validate and prepare user documentation for new applications and enhancements.
*Recommend and enforce best system utilization and practices.
Required Qualifications:
*At least three years experience AS400, RPG, SYNON, and CL. *Application knowledge and experience in functional support of systems, integration methodologies. *Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Experience in a Healthcare environment and understanding of Healthcare terminology and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with ACIS application. *Ideal applicants would live in Phoenix or Scottsdale.
Education:
Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
