I am setting up Welcome back to School Music night. It is for 4th and 5th grade concert band, percussion enemble, guitar ensemble and choir. I have a music group coming in to do demonstrations. I have sign up sheets, rental information, schedules, a summary of each program. Is there any other advice on things I should prepare?
