Plzzz tell me what is the difference between these two following result ???

Bcoz in the 1st following mansion result the student have 1.59CGPA but the university offer him the internship

CGPA:	1.59
Effective CGPA:	2.02
Credits Earned:	45
Credits Exempted:	0
Specialization	Finance   Click Here to Change Specialization

But in this 2nd following mansion result the student have 1.99 CGPA...But the university not offer him the internship...

CGPA:	1.99
Effective CGPA:	1.99
Credits Earned:	63
Credits Exempted:	0
Specialization	Finance   Click Here to Change Specialization

If you tell me what is the difference between these two mansion case ????
