Job Description: 7yrs experience required

Work with telecom integrator to ensure all Hardware and Software for Avaya CMS 17.1 is implemented correctly.

Extensive experience configuring all hardware and software for upgrade.

Work with businesses and end users to ensure design of upgrade is accurate based on business needs

Oversee offices where equipment is installed.

This install will require some after-hours support for overseas offices.
