Private Equity group uses Investran as the GL system, doing fund accounting as well as LP Accounting there. We also have several applications interfacing with Investran to provide business process efficiencies.
 
Position
 .NET/SQL server developer will be working on the custom applications interacting with Investran (Accounting Application). The individual has to be a hands-on developer with 5-8 years of experience with design experience as well.
 
Required Skills:
•Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge with the .NET Framework, specifically C# and ASP.NET
•Good experience in designing databases, creating views/SP and writing ad-hoc SQLs
•Good front-end development experience using ASP.NET, C#,AJAX,HTML5,CSS, Angular JS and JavaScript. (understand WCF, WPF, ClickOnce)
•Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software development best practices
•Proven ability to work independently at designing, developing and delivering solutions
•Relevant academic degree in computer science or related field
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Desired Experience:
•             Financial industry experience, especially in accounting area
•             Experience with SQL Server SSIS/SSRS and Crystal reports.
