" مگر میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا ہوگا اگر میں اس گلاس کو چند منٹوں کے لئے اسی طرح اٹھائے رہوں ؟"کچھ نہیں ہوگا ! تمام طالب علموں نے جواب دیا – ٹھیک ہے اب یہ بتاؤ کہ اگر میں اس گلاس کو ایک گھنٹے تک یونہی اٹھائے رہوں تو پھر کیا ہوگا ؟آپ کے بازو میں درد شروع ہو جائے گا – تم نے بلکل ٹھیک کہا – پروفیسر نے تائیدی لہجے میں کہا – اب یہ بتاؤ کہ اس گلاس کو میں دن بھر اسی طرح تھامے رہوں تو کیا ہوگا ؟آپ کا بازو سن ہو سکتا ہے ایک طالب علم نے کہاآپ کا پٹھا اکڑ سکتا ہے دوسرے نے کہاآپ پر فالج کا حملہ ہو سکتا ہےلیکن آپ کو اسپتال تو لازمی جانا پڑیگا ایک طالب علم نے جملہ کسا اور پوری کلاس قہقہے لگانے لگی – بہت اچھا ! پروفیسر نے برا نہ مناتے ہوئے کہا – لیکن اس تمام دوران میں کیا گلاس کا وزن تبدیل ہوا ؟نہیں – طالب علموں نے جواب دیا – تو پھر بازو میں درد اور پٹھا اکڑنے کا سبب کیا تھا ؟طالب علم چکرا گئے -گلاس نیچے رکھ دیں – ایک طالب علم نے کہا – بلکل صحیح ………….! پروفیسر نے کہا " ہماری زندگی کے مسائل بھی کچھ اسی قسم کے ہوتے ہیں آپ انھیں اپنے ذہن پر چند منٹ سوار رکھیں تو وہ ٹھیک ٹھاک لگتے ہیں – انھیں زیادہ دیر تک سوچتے رہیں تو وہ سر کا درد بن جائیں گےانھیں اور زیادہ دیر تک تھامے رہیں تو وہ آپ کو فالج زدہ کر دیں گے آپ کچھ کرنے کے قابل نہیں رہیں گے – اپنی زندگی کے چیلنجز کے بارے میں سوچنا یقینن اہمیت رکھتا ہے لیکن ………………." اس سے کہیں زیادہ اہم ہر دن کے اختمام پر سونے سے پہلے انھیں ذہن پر سے اتار دینا ہے – اس طریقے سے آپ کسی قسم کے ذہنی تناؤ میں مبتلا نہیں رہیں گے – ہر روزصبح آپ تر و تازہ اور اپنی پوری توانائی کے ساتھ بیدار ہونگے اور اپنی راہ میں آنے والے کسی بھی ایشو کسی بھی چیلنج کو آسانی سے ہینڈل کر سکیں گے لہٰذا گلاس کو نیچے رکھنا یاد رکھیں
