Greetings from China, Changchun City.

This is Majdi the founder of this Linkedin group (JobTube).

I created this group in 2010 inspired by my personal experience of finding a job in China when I decided to move from my current city, Changchun, to go and live with my Beijinger wife, in Beijing. Through this journey I met many expats who had the same difficulty trying to find, or change, a job in China, After six months of search, finally, and luckily, I couldn't find a job, so I created this group after 2 days.

Since this group filled a market gap, it grew so rapidly that in 2013 had 60,000+ members and even Beijing knew about it and decided to give me China Friendship Award for my contribution in China Development, I was shocked too, I got the award in person from China Deputy Premier and met the premier Mr. Li Keqiang the next day in The Great Hall of The People in Beijing (with my wife) and stayed 3 nights in a five star hotel as a guest.

Today this group grew to 134,000+ members. Inspired by the opportunity I decided to make this small dream slightly bigger and more professional.
So I created 160 WeChat Groups last year and I started to send announcements invitations to join our WeChat Groups, these groups were an intermediary stage before JobTube App/Website is ready. As far as I know only Alibaba has more WeChat groups than us, so you can imagine the level of complexity we were facing. These groups attracted thousands of experts and recruiters, also 100-200 scammers; our moderators were stayed 24hrs online to ensure the groups safety, as attacks got intensified, we applied stricter moderation standards but we obviously made wrong decisions by moderating or blocking some members by mistake. Sometimes, our moderators (under-pressure) behaved in a poor manner too. After one year, our groups have Zero-scam record, but we made wrong decisions by mistakenly moderating the wrong people, so I find it necessary to apologize here to all these who faced any poor service or wrong moderation, I would like to welcome you back to join and I'll ensure you get a better experience.
