Role : Product Manager with Telecom Domain
Location : Seattle , WA
Duration of contract: 12 months
Interview: Phone/ Skype
Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.COM)
Requirements: (The highlighted ones are MUST TO HAVE)
· Experience with telecom product /service Management from a business side for Telecom Service provides.
· Project and Product Management experience in telecom space
· Over 5 years of experience working in telecom
· Experience managing a Telecom service product with Cable MSO is an advantage
· Extensive understanding of telecom industry and emerging trends
· Experience managing a Telecom service product with Cable MSO is an advantage
· Strong telecom background with working knowledge of SS7, North American Telephony numbering system, SIP, 3GPP based IMS
· Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, QA and deploy the IMS wholesale service to Comcast's customers.
· Provide a strategy for the overall deployment of the solution in line with the business goals
· Collect, author, and organize requirements and documentation that enable engineers and operations to create and maintain a product that fulfills customer expectations and business goals
· Manage the overall budget for the program, and also provide periodic inputs to the senior management and other stake holders.
· Systematic follow-through, problem-solving and communications skills
· Professional with mature business judgment and strong collaborative style
· Document processes, identify potential points of failure, perform root cause analysis
· Evaluate results against expected performance and communicate areas for improvement
