Solution:

Systematic sampling is to be applied only if the given population is logically homogeneous, because systematic sample units are uniformly distributed over the population.

I want to sample 10 houses from a street of 150 houses.

150/10=15,

So every 15th house is chosen after a random starting point between 1 and 15. If the random starting point is 11,

then the houses selected are house no11, house no 26,house no 41, house

no56,house no 71, house no86, house no101, house no116 ,house no 131
