6 Months Contract

$55/hr all inc.

Job Description:

Five or more years of experience in software design and development,

 

·         Java SE 1.5+

·         Java Web Technologies- Servlet API, Struts, plus HTML, CSS, Javascript

·         Java Enterprise Technologies -

·         Experience with WebSphere 7.0 +, EJB,

·         JDBC, SOAP, Web Services (XML, JAXB, REST), JMS

·         Familiarity with AJAX, JSF, HTML5, Hibernate 3.1x, Maven a plus

·         Familiarity with Amazon web Services API(EC2, S3), test automation

·         (junit, jmeter), performance tuning(network, web server) etc. a plus

·         Mobile Application development  a strong plus

·         BS/CS or BS/EE preferred but will take experience into account

 

Additional Optional

·         Linux savvy, bash scripting optionally

·         SQL query, stored procedure, basics of sql tuning, DB2 preferred

·         Agile scrum development experience preferred, SOA environment

·         Application support
