Rate depends on experience

• Strong development experience in APEX and VisualForce

• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and concepts around code coverage, unit testing, environment and deployments

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and adminstration (triggers, workflows, objects, security etc.)

• Experience in Java/J2EE technologies (Preferred)

• Solid understanding and experience with Object-oriented design

• Solid knowledge of SQL (SOQL in Salesforce preferable)

• Experience working in an Agile environment preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (should be able to speak clearly and concisely especially considering they will be working remotely)

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-driven
