Location: Cleveland, OH

1+ Years Contract

US Citizen Only

Rate:$45-50/hr

5 years (minimum) - SharePoint Experience, 3 Years in Sharepoint 2010
Microsoft SharePoint Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing SharePoint governance.
• Must possess superior skills in SharePoint 2010 (through understanding of SharePoint out of the box features and SharePoint Developer and any related visual tools).
• Strong knowledge and understanding in SharePoint Server 2010 and 2007, Foundations and WSS 3.0.
      - Experience working with Project Server 2010, is preferred.
• Three years’ experience with C#/ASP.NET and two years’ experience developing SharePoint 2010 solutions.
• Experience in coding HTML, XHTML, DHTML, XSL, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and familiarity with web standards and CSS-driven layouts.
• Workflow Developments using Nintex, Designer 2010 and Visual Studio
• A solid understanding of InfoPath 2010, SharePoint Server 2010 Business Intelligence,Business Connectivity services and Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong understanding of design and development of Business Intelligence dashboards using SRSS, excel services and performancepoint.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop detailed project documentation including end users training material.

Other Skills
• Experience in Reporting and Analysis Integration: SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services.
• Proficiency in the design and deployment of PerformancePoint and Project Server 2010, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines.
• Ability to work with pre-existing guidelines, standard operating procedures in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Ability to communicate and teach non-technical users (oral and written) and have strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following (other duties may be assigned as required):


1. While this role is an individual contributor role, collaboration and leadership attributes will be considered critical success factors in addition to strong technical knowledge and skills.
2. Candidate must provide customer references for and samples for demonstrated SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Foundation.
3. Candidate must be a team player, willing to teach and to learn and to comply with Goodyear’s internal processes for software, application development and project management.


Important:
1. Develop solutions based on SharePoint 2010 to address needs of the RDE&Q Organization

• Participate in the design, development, and integration efforts of  RDE&Q SharePoint 2010 and Foundation solutions involving Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Business Process and Forms to address needs of the IT department and other RDEQ Functions
• Analyze customer requests, Recommend,design and implement solutions based on detailed requirements collected and approved through our internal IT demand management process.
- Assist the engineering group in developing sharepoint functionalities based on Project Server 2010 platform.
• Assist with the development of business dashboards and reports for management using report builder, designer and/or performancepoint.

2. Ability to train internal development team members in the SharePoint platform
• Regular training sessions with internal development team associates to educate them on using SharePoint Designer for workflow development, web part configurations, branding etc.
• Ability to train internal development team in InfoPath 2010 and designer 2010.
• Train internal development team in Business Connectivity Services and connectivity to Line of Business Applications.  

3. Provide support and end user training to the users:

• Provide support to the RDE&Q users on sharepoint by following the internal ITIL processes.
• Assist with the development of training material and training site for sharing training material.
