4th Convocation of Virtual University of Pakistan at Rawalpindi is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi. For this, invitation cards are being issued to graduating students which will be required for entry.
