Someone that has both sides (Report development and Administration).
He needs this person to help his leads with planning the whole project and then leading the execution of the project.
This is going to be more of an architect type role. Communication needs to be a 9.5 worst case (10 preferred).
The person is going to need to have done this upgrade in a virtual (Linux based) environment for a large enterprise company to be selected.
Their environment is massive and 100% on Linux.
Need a very sr. level resource. Someone that can help with the planning ,etc…
Work with existing Administrators in the planning, development, testing, and execution of a project to upgrade a large, complex Business Objects implementation from v3.1 to v4.1. Technical expertise and experience in Business Objects v4.1 administration and migration, especially in the tools, practices, and procedures to successfully upgrade from v3.1 is mandatory. In addition to BOBJ 4.1, Red Hat Linux experience (in a virtual environment) and Oracle SQL Query development and report creation experience using the Deski, Crystal, Designer, and Webi tools is also required.
