Experience and skill sets:
Under general supervision of the Organizational Change Manager and Program Manager, oversees the training work stream for the ITSM Remedy System Replacement project.
- Responsible for the success of the training work stream for a large enterprise-wide ITSM deployment (BMC Remedy to ServiceNow).
- Develop and execute the training strategy and plan, in partnership with an implementation partner.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the new IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.
