I am also overseas student,i think there is some problem with the VU invigilator,i attempted all my papers with the prescribed camera position,but yesterday the invigilator Miss Iram Muneer threatened to me to set the camear otherwise she will block my paper and with this way she destroyed my 1 hr i hardly attempted the paper,i think i will not pass this subject which was CS-304.
I asked her if the camera is not in the prescribed position why you marked my attendence,but she did not reply.
We have to protest with the VU management.

Send an email to overseasexams@vu.edu.pk with copy to rector@vu.edu.pk
Tell them that initially your paper got blocked and then unblocked and then you attempted your paper and submitted successfully. There must be an error in their side, so kindly review and confirm safe receipt of your paper.
Agar nahi accept kartey woh to samjhein key apka paper block hogay atha.
