AsSalaam O Alaikum (Peace be always with you. AMEEN.)
Deniers of the Quraan are those who don't want to listen/read/understand/practice/follow on the Quraan and instead they want to change the Quraan. Since the Quraan is revealed/protected by Allah, so they try to find other way than the Quraan.
And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who hope not for Our meeting say: Bring a Quran other than this or change it. Say: It does not beseem me that I should change it of myself; I follow naught but what is revealed to me; surely I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the punishment of a mighty day, (Ref: Al_Quraan_010.015).
Non-Practicing Muslims are like ASS/Donkey carrying books, (Ref: Al_Quraan_062.005).
The Demands of Quraan:
The Quraan makes five demands of every Muslim. Put in a simple language, these demands are as follows:
1> We Must Believe in the Quraan;
2> We Must Read the Quraan;
3> We Must Understand the Quraan;
4> We Must Practically Act upon Teachings of the Quraan;
5> We Must Convey the Messages and Teachings of the Quraan to others;
… Recite the Quraan in slow, measured rhythmic tones, (Ref: Al_Quraan_073.004).
None argue concerning the revelations (Ayaat) of Allah but those who disbelieve..., (Ref: Al_Quraan_040.004).
Reciting Quraan in a Group: One person should read and rest must listen to him/her with full attention:
When the Quraan is read, listen to it with attention, and hold your peace: that you may receive mercy (otherwise may be not), (Ref: Al_Quraan_007.204).
Remember: Prophet Muhammad (sav) never ever foretold, (Ref. Al_Quraan_006.050, 007.188, 034.014).
Whose Fatwas are better than Quraanic Fatawa, (Ref: Al_Quraan_005.050, 045.006, 052.034, 077.050).

Deniers of the Quraan

وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَاتُنَا بَيِّنَـٰتٍ۬ۙ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَرۡجُونَ لِقَآءَنَا ٱئۡتِ بِقُرۡءَانٍ غَيۡرِ هَـٰذَآ أَوۡ بَدِّلۡهُۚ قُلۡ مَا يَكُونُ لِىٓ أَنۡ أُبَدِّلَهُ ۥ مِن تِلۡقَآىِٕ نَفۡسِىٓۖ إِنۡ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ إِنۡ عَصَيۡتُ رَبِّى عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ۬

اور جب ان کے سامنے ہماری آیتیں پڑھی جاتی ہیں جو بالکل صاف صاف ہیں تو یہ لوگ جن کو ہمارے پاس آنے کی امید نہیں ہے( آپ سے) یوں کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے سوا کوئی دُوسرا قرآن (بنا) لائو یا (کم سے کم) اس کو بدل دو- کہہ دو کہ یہ مجھ سے نہیں ہو سکتا کہ میں اپنی طرف سے اس میں ترمیم کر دوں بس میں تو اس کا اتباع کروں گا جو میرے پاس وحی کے ذریعے سے پہنچتا ہے اگر میں اپنے رب کی نافرمانی کروں تو میں ایک بڑے بھاری دن کے عذاب کا اندیشہ رکھتا ہوں۔

بے عمل مسلمان کی میثال اس گدھے کی سی ہے جو کتابیں لادھے ہوۓ ہے اور اسے کچھ پتہ نہیں اس میں لکھا کیا ہے
