BA Healthcare Location: Boston/Cambridge Area Specific Experience:  Healthcare Insurance F2F interview   Project: Our HealthCare Client is creating a work group to determine the optimal process and organization to insure complete and accurate data submission and error processing for Risk Adjustment across all lines of business. This will include: · analysis and documentation of our current state · creation and documentation of future state · development of an implementation plan to support future state including interim phases Role: We are looking for an experienced business analyst who will be working with multiple business units, IT and the project team to identify the technical, data and operational requirements to support data integrity from the point of entry into our systems through submission to the appropriate regulatory body. The work will include detailed documentation of current state, analysis of reporting/controls options, documentation of future state and documentation of interim phases as indicated by the implementation plan. Familiarity with Risk Adjustment methodology will be a major differentiator. Skills: Strong analytical skills including the ability to work with both operational and technical resources. Excellent documentation abilities to capture both current state and new requirements. Ability with MS VISIO and other documentation tools. Requires ability to work with project management techniques, tools and methods and the use of MSProject and MSOffice suite of products Experience with processes in a managed care environment. This includes claims, provider information and enrollment. Experience with Risk Adjustment would be a major differentiator. Experience with multiple LOB’s including Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid. Requires well-developed verbal, written and presentation skills, and strong facilitation skills. Experience: Highly skilled Analysts with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing requirements and documentation in a managed care or other health care environment.
