1.  Need a SENIOR front end Java Developer - at least 7-8 years of experience

2.  Need to have JSF and be able to talk in-depth of how they have used it etc.  Please ask your consultants what % they use this on a daily basis.

3.  Primefaces is a huge PLUS -  it is a framework that supports JSF

4.  They need JSF not JSP

5.  JBoss is just a plus

6.  80% of their job is going to be front-end Java Development and 20% backend Java Development

 

PLEASE talk to your candidates on how much of their job is front end development on a daily basis as well as their daily usage of JSF.  Our one candidate said that he had 5 years and when they started asking him questions, he couldn’t answer it.
