Responsible for providing maintenance, enhancements and additional functionality to support the client's sales organizations of the IBM Sterling 9.2 Commercial Ordering application –
Work closely with the business to identify how the ordering application can be enhanced to offer increased functionality to meet business requirements.
Requires strong telecommunication business knowledge and the ability to lead and manage.
Strong interpersonal skills including team building, coaching and mentoring.
