Specific Job Details:

Position will work 2 x 12 hour shifts 8 AM - 8 PM - CST Saturday and Sunday Works 2 x 8 hour shifts, 6 AM - 3 PM - CST Monday and Tuesday Work hours may vary slightly. First few weeks will be M-F, 8-5pm 12-months commitment needed

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelors degree and 2 years experience or Associates Degree and 4 years of computer networking experience

* Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience with Cisco Network Router and Switch hardware

* Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience with Cisco command line interface

* Minimum Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certified

* Must possess a valid driver's license

* Strong problem solving skills

* Superior skills in both written and verbal communication

* Experience in customer facing role(s) either remote or face-to-face

* Accuracy in data entry

* Must be able to work independently with minimal direction

* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

* Must be comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time and coordinating with various stakeholder groups
