Overview & Responsibilites:

The Network Solutions will be part of a fast moving, rapidly growing team that is responsible for the installation and configuration of a customer's network and telephone systems built with Cisco Systems products.

 

Specific duties will include: 

Will work with a team of 2PMs and 3-4 Engineers

Some projects might take 2weeks some 8weeks. All depending on the customer.

 

- Review the sold physical and logical designs for network products and services.

- Perform customer needs analysis specific to their network and phone system.

- Analyze both customer and site readiness for installation of their network and phone system.

- Install the client's network consisting of Cisco Systems Routers and Switches with technologies and protocols such as:

TCP/IP

EIGRP

H.323

MGCP

DHCP

QoS

SIP

LAN/WAN

 

Install the clients phone system using the Cisco Systems suite of IP Telephony products such as:

Cisco Call Manager

Cisco Unity

Cisco UCCX

 

Behavioral: Adaptability,collaboration,Innovatoin,Process/Project Management,Professional / Tech expertise,Result and service orientation

Qualifications:

Required skills:

 

1. SOFT SKILSS – they will perform installs for phone systems for Car Dealers. So they must be able to speak with the sales team and client to understand what they exactly need to implemente So communication skills are key

2. Cisco Call Manager versions 9 (no less than 7)

3. Voice Gateway is a HUGE PLUS and required

4. VMware knowledge 

 

Nice to haves: Cisco UCCX
