Project Manager (Web UI Project) | • 5+ years' experience in Project Management. Manage software project development from initiation to closure. Experienced in complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task. • 5+ years' experience in managing and writing n-tier business applications using Microsoft .net technology (ASP.Net, MVC, .Net 4.5, Entity framework etc) • Experience working with web applications with agile methodology a plus. Understanding of latest architectural trends is desired. • Partner with the customers to understand their vision, functional domain and deliver end-to-end roadmap of their product development. • Set the correct level of expectations in terms of delivery plan, dates & scope with the client and Development team. • Manage interactions/escalations and consult client on project delivery, process, technology as well as business needs. • Monitor projects against milestones; inform client of delays or issues; advise and negotiate acceptable compromises. • Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and possess strong multitasking skills • Strong analytic, design, coding, testing, and documentation skills • Ability to establish and build confidence and trust with clients • Strive to be on the cutting edge, innovate, and explore to deliver quality solutions to Clients • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization. |
