Mandatory Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in Java

• Extensive experience IBM Jazz platform RTC, RRC, RQM

• Advanced Java coding skills

• Solid understanding of Design Patterns

• Exposure to Testing

• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skill
