Role : Voice Engineer with Avaya and Cisco

Location : AZ/ TX

Duration of contract: 12 months

Interview: Phone/ Skype  

 

Experience and skill sets: 
Candidate should be expert in both Avaya and Cisco technologies

·         3+ years exceptional administration, troubleshooting and support experience with Cisco UC/UCCE Enterprise applications and Avaya UC/Contact Center applications

·         Working knowledge of Cisco Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Emergency Responder

·         Working knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager and Modular Messaging

·         Working knowledge of Cisco ICM (developing /modifying CISCO ICM Scripts) and CVP

·         Working knowledge of Avaya Contact Center Elite, Experience Portal, Interaction Center, AES and CMS

·         Working knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways and Avaya Media Gateways. Experience in Oracle Acme Packet SBC is highly desired

·         Strong troubleshooting skills in Cisco UC/UCCE issues and Avaya UC/Contact Center

·         Familiarity with protocols such as SCCP, MGCP and SIP

·         Ability to work in a delivery support environment that involves structured processes and timelines
