1) Business Process Architect (6+ years Telco experience)
Analyze and design new business processes. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
2) Business Process Development Specialist (3+ years Telco experience)
Analyze and design new business processes. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
3) Program / Project Manager (6+ years Telco experience)
Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
4) Design Authority Lead (10+ years Telco experience)
Provide the guidelines and steering the solution designers according to a comprehensive, holistic, overall integrated solution architecture.
Perform activities to extend or reshape applications functionalities provided by the planned Transformation solution.
Support the client to verify and test the implementation before business rollout.
Execute planning and coordination on all the cultural and operational changes that will be executed in order to facilitate the introduction of new behaviors, processes and tools.
Define and execute the actions needed to manage the transition of the released solution and the hand over to the AM team responsible to run the service related to the solutions realized by the Transformation Program.
Proven experience in:
- Architecture Design for Telco BSS/OSS/NTW (7+ years)
- Managing large scale Telco IT and Biz transformation projects (5+ years)
