- Are you able to articulate a thorough approach to evaluating existing systems and software at two companies in order to determine path forward for the merged entity

Description

Review current IT software and systems at 2 companies that have agreed to merge
Identify IT strategy for the merged entity considering:
- Oracle basic platform
- Oracle point of use customization assessment and alignment between the companies
- lotus notes database and dashboard with integration to Oracle
- various HE software packages
- Hyperion financial software
- Sharepoint, etc.

Develop a detailed transition plan to be used post-closing.

Deliverables

IT transition plan for the merged entity including 100 day plan
Day 1 checklist
