Middle Tier Developer Job Responsibilities:
The MT engineer is responsible for building API's of which the UI engineer builds interfaces on top. This person will be building API's which allow and create points of reference to the internal infrastructure.
MT Engineer must be proficient at writing stored procedures in SQL Server. Developing REST API's for front end developers will be part of their day to day. The API's are built using a mix of C# and Java. Having Java experience is a major plus and isn't a requirement, but is highly preferred. Having knowledge or understanding of Elastic Search or other NoSql database is a large plus.

Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture
Understanding of Elastic Search, MongoDb, hBase, etc.
