IBM WebSphere Commerce Development, Java, J2EE, JSP, JSTL, EJB, Servlets, DB2, SQL, MQ, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Dojo, XML, XSL 

Overview:

The WebSphere Commerce developer will be an integral part of a development team responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting the ecommerce strategic initiatives and will work to implement as well as maintain, support and upgrade existing functionality.

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the overall design and architecture of web applications
• Independently design, code, test major features and work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes
• Develop standards-compliant cross-browser compatible web pages, landing pages and related functionality
• Translate visual and written designs into efficient web application components

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing in Java/J2EE-based JSP/JSTL environments; Looking for proactive attitude, someone who can dig into the projects, with strong attention to detail. 
• 3+ years of experience supporting IBM WebSphere Commerce Server- (V6 or V7) applications required
• 3+ years of experience in web-based application development required
• 3+ years of experience developing in Java/J2EE-based JSP/JSTL environments required
• Strong background in server-side java technologies including EJB and servlets is required
• Strong working knowledge of IBM DB2 database/SQL
• Knowledge of integrating WebSphere Commerce with backend systems using MQ
• Strong working knowledge and experience with JavaScript including AJAX/JSON and JavaScript application frameworks such as jQuery and Dojo
• Experience with working with XML data and XSL transforms
